Capabilities

Five capabilities that support the two practices.

These are not a third practice. They exist because the two practices need them, they are sold as part of an engagement rather than on their own, and each describes what we deliver today rather than what we intend to offer later.

01

Cloud

Deploying what we deliver into cloud environments.

NetSuite is cloud-native, and the IBM security products can be deployed in cloud as well as on-premise. This is the capability to put what we deliver where the client needs it to run, and to connect it to whatever else lives there — not a standalone cloud consulting line.

02

Data & analytics

Reporting, dashboards and data quality across enterprise systems.

Reporting and dashboards on top of systems we implement, and the data-quality work that has to happen first. Most reporting problems are record problems: a consolidated report is only as good as the master data and the transactions feeding it, which is why this sits next to implementation rather than after it.

03

Integration

Connecting NetSuite to banking, POS, logistics and government platforms.

Connecting NetSuite to the systems it has to live alongside: bank feeds and payment files, point of sale, logistics and third-party warehouses, and government platforms including the e-invoicing regimes in both markets. The integration surface is where most implementations either hold together or quietly stop being the system of record.

04

Artificial intelligence

Document capture and process automation inside existing systems.

Document capture and process automation inside systems already in production. We do not sell AI strategy, and there is nothing here we would present as a platform.

05

Managed services

Retained support for ERP and security platforms after go-live.

Retained support under a defined SLA after go-live, for both ERP and security platforms. This is the period where implementations quietly decay — configuration drifts, the people trained have moved on, and the partner who built it has moved to the next sale.

Capabilities come with an engagement.

If you are looking for one of these on its own, say so at the scoping call and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right team for it.
