Owned product

Two SuiteApps we built, not two we resell.

Most partners in this region implement NetSuite. Very few have shipped product on it. These are ours — built because Gulf payroll obligations are not a configuration exercise, and a system that gets end-of-service or GOSI wrong is a liability rather than an ERP.

HCM-UAE

United Arab Emirates

Full hire-to-offboard employee lifecycle, built for UAE labour law.

  • EOSBEnd-of-service benefit under Federal Decree-Law 33/2021
  • WPSWage Protection System payroll files
  • NafisEmiratisation tracking and Nafis reporting
  • AccrualGratuity accrued as a liability, not calculated at exit

A standard implementation treats end-of-service as a spreadsheet run at termination. This carries the liability in the ledger month by month, so the balance sheet reflects what the company already owes.

HCM-KSA

Saudi Arabia

Saudi payroll, statutory reporting and employee self-service.

  • GOSIContribution calculation and statutory reporting
  • SaudizationSaudi and non-Saudi headcount ratio tracking
  • WPS · SARIEPayroll files routed through the Saudi payment system
  • ESSEmployee self-service without an added NetSuite seat licence

Employee self-service is provided by the SuiteApp itself, so staff reach their own payroll records without an additional NetSuite seat licence.

What we deliver

The implementation work around the product.

Delivered by the same team that maintains the SuiteApps, which is why payroll and statutory reporting rarely become someone else's problem halfway through a rollout.

01

Implementation and OneWorld rollout

Single entity to multi-subsidiary

Core financials through to multi-subsidiary consolidation, with the chart of accounts and subsidiary structure designed for the group you are becoming rather than the one on the current org chart.

02

Migration from legacy ERP

Data and process migration

Moving off on-premise and legacy systems — opening balances, master data, historical transactions — with reconciliation at each stage rather than a single cutover weekend and a hope.

03

Integration

Banking · POS · Logistics · Government

Connecting NetSuite to the systems it has to live alongside: bank feeds and payment files, point of sale, logistics and third-party warehouses, and government platforms.

04

E-invoicing and tax compliance

FTA · ZATCA

UAE and Saudi e-invoicing configured against the current mandate phase, routed through accredited service providers where the regime requires one, ahead of the deadline rather than against it.

05

Managed support and SLA

Retained support

Retained support after go-live under a defined SLA — the period where most implementations quietly decay because the partner has moved on to the next sale.

06

Training and enablement

Finance · Operations · Administrators

Role-based training for the people who use the system daily and the administrators who maintain it, so the configuration survives the staff turnover that follows every rollout.
