The situation
Dermabit has manufactured bituminous waterproofing products for thirty years, distributing locally and globally from Jubail. Growth had made the operation complex enough that maintaining it competed with improving it — the ordinary outcome when a process manufacturer scales across departments and subsidiaries without the systems scaling with it.
What we built
The build unified departments and subsidiaries onto one ERP and streamlined the full sales order cycle, establishing the control and visibility their compliance activities depend on.
Special-order products reach market faster as a direct result: the order path is one process rather than several handoffs between systems that were never designed to talk to each other.
The extensions
Dermabit also runs two extensions ADTCS built natively for NetSuite rather than bolting on alongside it:
- Maintenance — maintenance schedules and equipment health checks tracked inside the system, where the rest of the operation already lives.
- Employee portal — internal requests handled through self-service, with automated payroll across Riyadh, Jeddah, Al-Khobar and Al-Jubail.
