These are the terms this website is offered under. They matter more here than on most company sites, because this one publishes regulatory positions and runs calculators that produce payroll figures — and people reasonably act on both. The clauses below say what you can rely on and what you cannot.

Who you are dealing with
This site is operated in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by Advanced Techniques Specialized Company. In the United Arab Emirates it is operated by Takamul Digital For Information Technology Consultants Co. L.L.C S.O.C, and that version of this page names UAE law instead.
Which version applies to you follows from which ADTCS entity you actually deal with, not from which page you happened to open. If you are unsure which that is — or you are running a procurement and need it settled in writing before anything else — ask us atinfo@adtcs-sa.com and we will confirm it.
By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not, the remedy is straightforward: stop using it, and write to us instead.
What you can rely on
Every page on this site is written to be checkable, and the limits of what it can tell you are part of that. These are not buried because they are not embarrassing — they are the same limits any honest adviser would state at the start of a conversation.

Everything published here describes what ADTCS delivers and what the regulations in both markets require. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, or a commitment to supply. An engagement begins with a signed statement of work, and its terms are whatever that document says — not what a page here says.

Pages covering ZATCA, PDPL, the NCA controls, corporate tax, GOSI, Saudization, gratuity and e-invoicing set out what the instruments require and where the work starts. Whether a rule applies to your organisation, what your lawful basis is, whether you fall inside a threshold, and how a regulator would treat your facts are determinations to take with your own advisers. We are not an accreditation body for any framework named on this site and do not act as one.

The GOSI, Saudization, gratuity, end-of-service and e-invoicing readiness tools apply published rules to the figures you enter. They are built carefully and the arithmetic is tested, but they simplify: they cannot see your contracts, your exemptions, your historical rates, or the facts a payroll case actually turns on. Treat every output as an estimate to check against the authority and your own advisers before you pay anyone, file anything, or make a commitment. Do not use them as the basis for a payroll run.

Regulation in both markets moves. Pages carrying a regulatory position show the date they were last reviewed and are re-read on a defined interval, and where sources disagree the page says so rather than picking a number. That is a working practice and not a warranty: a page can be correct on its review date and overtaken the week after.
Use and ownership
Read this site, quote it with attribution, link to it, print it, and circulate it inside your organisation. Nothing here is gated and we would rather it was useful than protected. The calculators are free to use for your own commercial purposes.
Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of this site or the systems behind it, interfere with its availability, submit anything designed to damage it, scrape it at a rate that degrades it for others, or use the contact form to send unsolicited commercial messages. Automated submissions are detected and discarded.
The text, layout, design, logos and the calculators on this site belong to ADTCS or are used under licence. Product and company names of other organisations — Oracle NetSuite, IBM, Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, Cisco, Kaspersky and others — belong to their owners and are used to describe what we deliver, not to claim any right in them.
Compliance pages cite primary sources, and those citations are ordinary links that load nothing until you click them. Once you follow one you are on a site we do not control, under its terms and its privacy policy. We link to sources because a claim you cannot check is worth less than one you can, not as an endorsement.
Availability and liability
We keep this site up and correct, but we do not guarantee that it will be available without interruption, that it will be free of error, or that any page will remain in place. Pages are removed when what they described stops being true — that has happened on this site and will again. Nothing here carries a service level. Service levels exist in signed contracts with clients, and this is not one.
To the extent permitted by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, ADTCS is not liable for loss arising from reliance on the general information or calculator output on this site, or from its unavailability — including lost profit, lost business, penalties or fines. This does not limit any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and it does not touch the liabilities agreed in a signed engagement, which are governed by that contract and not by this page.
Nothing on this site is legal, tax, accounting or audit advice, and reading it creates no adviser relationship. Where a page tells you to take a determination with counsel, that instruction is the substance of the advice, not a disclaimer attached to it.
Governing law
These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or with your use of this site, are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Riyadh.
Where you have a signed engagement with ADTCS, that contract governs the engagement and prevails over this page for anything within its scope. These terms cover your use of the website only.
We may change these terms. The date at the top of this page is the date the current version was last reviewed, and a change lands in the same release as whatever prompted it.
Ask a person rather than reading it twice. For anything about personal data specifically, the privacy notice covers what we collect and where it goes.
